Over the past two years, the Australian regulators AHPRA and the TGA have increasingly applied stricter rules around what can and can’t be advertised and offered on cosmetic websites and social media.  By law the following cannot be advertised.

• Specific treatment options which use prescription medicine.
• No before and after images where a prescription medicine has been used.
• No Email, Text or Social Media requests for information or pricing where the patients hasn’t been seen in person.
